Who we are
Costa Del Classics ("CDC", "we", "us") is a classic automobile club based in Marbella, Spain. We can be reached at hello@costadelclassics.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, area of interest, and (optionally) phone number. We also automatically record your browser user agent and the page that referred you, purely for diagnostics.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about the launch of Costa Del Classics, to send relevant updates about the service area you expressed interest in, and to allocate founding-member places when the club opens. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — your record will be deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@costadelclassics.com.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses only essential cookies required for the application to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Any future analytics will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here.
Data retention & security
Waitlist data is stored on EU-based infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We retain it until the club opens and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email before they take effect.
